  Jon Cushman has been a CPA since 2009 and has served a diverse array of audit clients including governments, housing authorities, schools, casinos, construction companies, manufacturing facilities, and benefit plans. In addition to financial and compliance audits, Jon has served clients with forensic investigations, internal control consultations, and audit preparation needs.

He also provides financial managerial services for clients through monthly and annual financial closing processes, preparing and presenting financial analysis, and overseeing both cash receipt and disbursement processes. In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with family and recreating outdoors. He received his Master of Accountancy from the University of Montana and an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps after completing two deployments to Iraq as a Sergeant in the infantry. 

      Ethan is an Auditing Supervisor who has been in public accounting since 2020. Ethan graduated from Bushnell University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is currently studying for the CPA. He assists clients with bank reconciliations, audit preparation, biannual fixed asset inventories, 1099 preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, cash reconciliations, fixed asset reconciliations, fund balance reconciliations, long-term debt reconciliations, SEFA reconciliations, financial statement drafting, single audits, compliance audits, and investment reconciliations. He also provides training to clients on monthly reconciliation tasks. He has extensive experience in client service and brings value to the Cushman team through his attention to detail and outgoing nature.     

Candice Cushman has been in the public accounting field since 2014. As a consultant, she obtains an understanding of client’s existing financial management system and staff duties, identifies problems and inefficiencies within the system, provides solutions, assists with implementation of those solutions, drafts policies and procedures, and trains staff on the new approved protocols.  When serving as a Contract CFO, she obtains an understanding of the client’s accounting process and guides staff on the reconciliation of accounts. Candice also serves clients with casino internal control, cigarette tax compact compliance, financial, and OMB Super-circular audits. Candice was born in Montana and graduated from Montana State University.  She has a passion for the outdoors, beach, cooking, and family. 

Geoffrey holds a Master of Accounting from the University of New Mexico. He assists clients throughout the country with bank reconciliations, audit preparation, fixed asset reconciliations, accounts payable reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, SEFA reconciliations, and prepaid reconciliations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, loves being outdoors, and actively participates in his community in Zuni, NM.
